Riccardo Rossi

Riccardo is a Ph.D. Candidate in International Law at the University of Milan.
He is currently conducting research on the interplay between Private International Law and the protection of intellectual property rights. Starting in January 2026, he will undertake a research stay at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition.
Riccardo has published on topics including jurisdiction over the infringement and validity of European patents, the relationship between sports arbitration and competition law, and the enforcement of choice-of-court agreements in favour of non-EU Member States under the Brussels regime.
